Role Description

The role is in the ABS Lending team within the Securitized Products and Capital Solutions (SPCS). Responsible for supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of securitization lending transactions across various asset classes, including: auto, credit card, unsecured consumer, private student loan, and esoteric (ex: digital infrastructure, royalties, whole business).

Role Objectives

• Support senior-level team in the origination, structuring, and execution of securitization lending transactions

• Proven ability to succinctly communicate complex ideas and drive execution processes

• Transaction idea generation and ability to make processes more efficient

• Develop strong understanding of the bank’s execution processes and systems

• Support team in preparing presentation materials for client meetings

• Contribute to the preparation of internal credit application materials

• Contribute to the management of existing securitization transactions within the portfolio, including performance monitoring, annual reviews, and program amendments

Qualifications and Skills

Include but not limited to:

• 2+ years of experience in asset backed securitization required

• Strong software and presentation skills (i.e. Microsoft Office)

• Highly collaborative and flexible in a team and client environment with ability to form good relationships internally and externally

• Able to coordinate and communicate with various internal departments across the bank locally and internationally

• Strong communication skills and ability to learn complex concepts

• Works well in a culturally diverse and team-oriented environment

• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and an interest in continuous learning

• Interest in the securitization product and market for securitization transactions
