Role: Automotive Technician

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Type: Full-time

Summary:

We are recruiting Level "A" and "B" Service Technicians and we welcome recent technical school graduates! Level "A" and "B" technicians are required to have their current PA State Emissions & Inspection License, and must have a valid State Driver's License, pass a background check and MVR check.

Qualifications:

• A or B technicians must have a PA state and emission license
• Volkswagen/Audi experience is preferred, although all other applicants will be considered
• Lube technician should have quick service experience, or be a technician school graduate

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Perform work as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose cause of any issue or failure, perform and document repair
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
• Inform the service advisor if repairs cannot be completed within the allotted time frame
• Keep shop area organized and clean
• Comply to company safety policies and procedures
• All applicants must have a clean driving record and complete pre-employment screening
• Applicants should possess great attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITES (included but not limited to):

• Perform work as specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform and document repair
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
• Notify service advisors immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
• Road-test vehicles when required
• Keep shop area organized and clean
• Comply to company safety policies and procedures
• Observe all company policies, procedures, safety and environmental rules
