Banking Recruitment Specialist

We are actively looking to grow our Dallas team with recruitment and administrative support for one of their highest volume clients in the Dallas area. This individual needs to have a background in staffing OR human resources/talent acquisition in banking, have a keen eye for detail, and be a quick & detailed worker.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Delivery Support

  • Align with Account Executive local to Dallas on recruitment priority and gameplan to deliver
  • Manage multiple requirements at any given time across the Banking Industry
  • Drive requirement involvement from requirement intake, sourcing, screening, and submission of talent
  • Coordinate interview and onboarding logistics with candidates and clients

Consultant Management

  • Responsible for maintaining consultant relationships for the account team, including organizing monthly/virtual lunches, check-ins, and regular communication
  • Provide support and address consultant experience-related inquiries and concerns
  • Communicate any ad-hoc issues to recruiters and consultants
  • Monitor client and consultant satisfaction surveys to uphold high NPS results
  • Oversee consultant roll-off and ensure smooth offboarding for efficient redeployment with a recruiter.
  • Maintain Consultant Experience Tracker documentation which includes identifying internal/external friction points and conducting performance reviews to support retention

Experience Needed

  • 1+ year recruiting or talent management background, preferably on the agency side or with enterprise company/financial institution
  • Detail oriented – able to maintain a detailed tracker with candidate information and status
  • Quick to action – this is often a fast-moving job with changing priorities so being able to pick up on details and move swiftly is key to success

Pay / Contract Length / Location

  • $25/hr
  • 6 months + reassessment (extension or full-time offer considered)
