Job Title: Service Contract Administrator

Location: Onsite/Brea, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Type: Contract (Through the end of the year, potential extensions. This is 30 hours a week job.)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process and manage all annual service contracts including invoicing, purchase order matching, and ERP entry
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure timely monthly invoicing to support revenue goals
  • Communicate with customers to facilitate contract renewals and resolve service-related inquiries
  • Use CRM tools to update work orders and customer data accurately
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to collect purchase orders and identify upsell opportunities
  • Invoice customers for billable service calls and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contract standards

Requirements:

  • Work Hours: Ability to work a consistent 30-hour schedule between 6 AM and 6 PM
  • Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
