Title : Customer Service (Medicare)

Location : Rochester, NY

Duration : 6 Months

Job Summary:

Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and fax. Provide accurate, timely responses. Support Medicare Advantage members and ensure compliance with CMS regulations. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions related to Medicare plans
• Understand CMS guidelines, subscriber agreements, grievance & appeal processes
• Resolve issues, escalate when necessary
• Maintain service level goals and documentation accuracy
• Participate in training and performance improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2–4 years’ experience or post-secondary education
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred
