Point Dedicated is currently seeking an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter. We have been operating since 1926 and offer excellent benefit and pay package!

About the role:

• Interview driver candidates and make hiring decisions based upon Department of Transportation regulations and Point Dedicated guidelines and extend conditional job offers
• Become highly knowledgeable in payment packages and effectively communicate to prospective candidates
• Maintain and facilitate positive relationships and provide excellent customer service with candidates, internal departments and driver recruiting associates
• Meet or exceed specific weekly and monthly hiring

Ideal candidate will have:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Effective written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work load in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively as a self-starter in a dynamic and robust team environment
• 3 years experience recruiting experienced Class A CDL Drivers.
• 3 years experience with tenstreet, assurint and or hireright.

Responsibilities

Recruiters build rapport with drivers and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.   They verify driver's licenses, driving records, and other relevant qualifications.  They maintain a pool of potential candidates by engaging with drivers and keeping them informed about opportunities. They may also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain drivers.
