We’re currently seeking a strategic and experienced Freelance Producer with a strong background in creative production, cross-functional project management, and experience in social media and AR content. This opportunity is freelance for six months and will be on-site (4 days a week) in our client's West Los Angeles, CA office. We are currently considering Los Angeles, CA, residents only.

Your Expertise:

• 3–5 years in creative production or project management within advertising, media, or tech.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced projects across clients and channels.
• Strong understanding of social media assets, AR, and technical production workflows.
• Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Proficient in Monday.com, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Keynote.
• Clear communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with or supporting a tech platform is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute sponsored media projects from brief through final delivery (owning timelines, communication, and execution).
• Vet and assign video production requests to appropriate partners, ensuring briefs are complete, budgets are approved, and relevant cultural or language factors are considered.
• Lead project kickoffs and ensure alignment across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and data tracking in Monday.com and other internal systems.
• Oversee project timelines, approve campaign budgets, and ensure all deliverables meet brand and creative standards.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively offer creative, actionable solutions that support successful execution.
• Approve final assets and manage delivery to support payment processes and campaign launches.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase speed, clarity, and production efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of production or project management experience in a creative, marketing, or digital media setting.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital content workflows, including branded content, social media, and influencer-driven campaigns.
• Familiarity with video production trends, creative strategy, and platform-specific requirements.
• Proficiency in project management and CRM tools such as Monday.com and Salesforce.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be available to work four days a week on-site in West Los Angeles, CA.
