YOUR ROLE
Leading the sales strategy, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring that regional sales targets are met. Your leadership will shape the international market success, and you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across the organization to implement sales initiatives and optimize performance.
You will be a strategic business leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while fostering a high-performing sales team through proactive management of CView (our CRM) compliance and Return on Sales (ROS) performance.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics Maritime school or Engineering qualification. Master's Degree a plus
15+ years of experience of managing Operations
Minimum ten years related experience in progressively responsible roles
Significant exposure to IP industry, with minimum 15 years’ experience working with EPC, OEM, companies including Manufacturing, LNG, Mining
Heavy Lift / Out of gauge/ Rail/ Barges /chartering experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the company's global products and services.
In depth knowledge of transportation, and operations.
Knowledgeable of domestic and international regulatory compliance laws and regulations related to the transportation industry.
Comprehensive technical experience with ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents from carriers and customers.
Comprehensive knowledge on HSSE rules and regulations
Solid on compliance legislation
Understanding of Project management Cycle, warehouse processes
