Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s visibility and client engagement. This position requires a creative individual with expertise in graphic design and the ability to analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and measure effectiveness.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $58,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
  • Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media graphics, presentations, and website content to ensure consistent branding.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to create compelling content that supports business development and client retention efforts.
  • Update the firm’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-person events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized marketing projects.
  • Maintain marketing databases for various email and direct mail campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in legal marketing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Experience using Clio Grow preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
