Riley Power group, LLC is a full-service maintenance and capital construction services company headquartered in Pinehurst, NC. We work nationwide on some of the most challenging, exciting construction and maintenance projects in the industrial sector. We are currently hiring a skilled Lead Supervisor/Superintendent - Valves to join the RPG team. Essential Functions of this position may include but are not limited to:

• Provides Guidance & Direction to supervisors and field employees on maintenance technical fundamentals and expectations.
• Ensures all Work Orders, pre-requisites, equipment clearance initial review, scaffolding erected, insulation removed, plant conditions and scheduled activities are met or completed during the 72 hours prior to work commence.
• Obtain updates from supervisors and provide updates Site Management.
• Ensure work performed is following the schedule and ensure any delays are promptly identified and reported.
• Ensure standards and expectations are being maintained by supervisors and field craft.
• Ensure packages are properly prepared and all necessary paperwork, prints, are included and proper revisions, critical steps and hold points identified. (For both online and outage time frames)
• Ensure appropriate clearances are hanging and coordinate/implement all LOTO requirements for safe work to support the scheduled start time.
• Ensure all material/parts are ordered and once received are staged.
• Coordinate support with other work groups as necessary.
• Ensure Pre Job Briefs are conducted in a professional manner and and follow all RPG processes.
• Assist Supervisors in resolution of issues as necessary to ensure that production goals are met.
• Ensure Qualified craft are available for the assigned tasks
