Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Marketing Operations Analyst to support a nationally recognized organization in the digital solutions space. Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of digital platform operations and related reporting.
  • Assist with the launch and maintenance of enterprise-wide automation tools and processes.
  • Monitor platform performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital workflow integration.
  • Maintain documentation and assist in the training of users on new systems and features.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to ensure operational continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company data standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital operations, data analytics, or IT business support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of digital workflow platforms and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration and data management concepts.
  • Experience in documenting business processes and supporting technical teams.
