Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our BulkBooks.com division at Premiere Book Group. This position combines administrative tasks with direct customer interaction through inbound sales calls, ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our bulk book retail segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage and organize office documentation and records related to sales, orders, and customer interactions.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings while overseeing the division's calendar.
  • Handle correspondence via email, phone, or mail, ensuring communication is timely and professional.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents required for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain the inventory of office supplies by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders as necessary.
  • Sales Support:
  • Manage inbound sales calls by delivering excellent customer service and processing bulk book orders.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, suggesting appropriate products, and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate sales data, customer interactions, and follow-up details.
  • Work closely with the sales team to relay customer feedback, market trends, and potential bulk order opportunities.
  • Assist in resolving customer queries or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Type:

  • This is a full-time salary position.
  • This position is a hybrid role. On Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, employees will work in the Franklin, TN, office, and on Wednesday and Friday, they will work from home.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a preference for those with sales or customer service background.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
