Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to lead and support key initiatives in new product development, customer engagement, and project execution within the automotive sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong engineering expertise, bilingual communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Includes but not limited to:

• Manage project master schedule for successful launch
• Develop new tools (molds, dedicated machines, and etc.) to produce new products.
• Conduct analysis of customer concerns and report to company during pre-launch vehicle build event.
• Develop ongoing relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Responsible for APQP documentation.
• Assist Company with translation of documents.
• Serve as liaison with R & D Center located in Korea.
• Participate in new product presentations.
• Assist in market research to anticipate customer’s future needs.
• Support and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety programs and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining and supporting IATF16949 and understanding the consequences of the product/process not meeting the standard or customer’s quality requirements.
• Maintain records on market trends
• Research and prepare comments on competitions business

Minimum Qualifications or Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
• Over 10 year experience required in automotive business field.
• Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.
• Good presentation skills, computer literate, bilingual (English, Korean) and ability to manage multiple tasks.
