Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Red Oak, TX

Salary: $150k-$165k

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on data center or other related Mission Critical facility projects.
• Experience in managing $100M+ projects.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles and leading teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards, building codes and safety standards including fire protection regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate strong capability and expertise in Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data center projects from start to finish.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Oversee construction activities and logistics.
• Ensure project success in terms of safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate on developing project programs and budgets.
• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders.
• Lead and manage project teams, including various specialists.
• Provide leadership and support to the team.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Oversee procurement, including writing scopes and evaluating proposals.
• Review and approve invoices and change orders.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Identify potential delays and propose solutions.
• Implement quality control and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Enforce safety protocols.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Address project challenges with proactive solutions.
• Possess knowledge of data center construction and building systems.
• Oversee project commissioning.
