MSP Account Executive – High-Earning Track | Hybrid in Plano, TX

Are you a top-performing B2B sales professional with MSP sales experience and leadership potential? We’re looking for a driven, consultative seller who wants to be part of a small, growing team where their voice matters — and where uncapped income potential is real.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sell IT services (cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and full MSP support) to SMBs (typically 20–500 employees)
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution development, closing
  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver custom tech solutions for clients
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Stay on top of tech trends to earn client trust and credibility
  • Work onsite in Plano, TX 3 days/week (hybrid schedule)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience selling MSP services (this is required)
  • Experience exceeding $500K+ annual sales quotas
  • Strong CRM habits and ability to manage a full pipeline independently
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
  • Leadership experience or strong interest in growing into management
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with minimal red tape
  • Bonus if you’ve led teams or played a key role at another MSP or VAR
