JOB DESCRIPTION

Greenlee Designer Surfaces has been providing northern Arizona with high quality countertops, flooring and tile

products for over 25 years. We have the largest indoor slab selection warehouse in northern Arizona and a 2500

square foot showroom showcasing over 25 vendors of tile, laminate, carpet and sinks. We pride ourselves on having

a unique selection of products that you won't find in the big box stores. We are looking for a driven individual to join

our team. Do you have an eye for design? The Showroom Sales Consultant position is responsible for providing

excellent customer service, assisting with product selection and building relationships to encourage repeat business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

■ Customer Interaction – Greet and assist customers, Provide detailed information about products and

services, Assist with product selection and offer recommendations, Handle inquiries and resolve issues

promptly and professionally

■ Sales and Transactions – Drive sales opportunities through the showroom, process estimate and sale

transactions accurately and efficiently, Follow-up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction, Handle and

process monies related to customer sales

■ Showroom Management – Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized and visually

appealing, Assist with showroom merchandising displays, Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, Maintain

and update brochures, Check-out product samples to customers and follow-up to ensure samples are

returned and/or reordered

■ Other Duties – Assist with special events

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

■ Computer literacy; Experience with Google Drive, Quickbooks and AutoCad a plus

■ Excellent communication skills; Ability to handle customers with diplomacy and tact

■ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently

■ Previous sales experience, preferably with knowledge of countertops, flooring and tile

■ Ability to work independently and as an integral part of the team

PAY & BENEFITS

■ Hourly pay PLUS Commission ($16.00 - $17.50 per hour)
