Riley Power group, LLC is a full-service maintenance and capital construction services company headquartered in Pinehurst, NC. We work nationwide on some of the most challenging, exciting construction and maintenance projects in the industrial sector. We are currently hiring a skilled Supervisor - Valves (MOV, AOV, GV, Relief Valves) to join the RPG team. Essential Functions of this position may include but are not limited to:

• Accountable and responsible for ensuring the highest of standards are reinforced in the field and consistently focused on maintenance fundamental practices.
• Provides updates to Lead Supervisor when overseeing field work.
• Ensure presence in the field for any critical work performance.
• Performs daily face to face turnovers with their respective counterparts.
• Responsible for the safety of all workers under his/her supervision, taking whatever steps necessary to assure safe working conditions.
• Does not perform or direct the performance of any work that he/she feels is unsafe. Work should never continue until the safety concern is addressed and corrective action has eliminated an identified hazard or violation.
• Assign employees only to jobs that they are Qualified for and capable of accomplishing safely.
• Ensure that employees understand and properly follow work procedures that are established for their safety by conducting a Pre-Job Brief for all persons involved with the work assignment.
• Report ALL accidents, injuries and near misses to their Lead Supervisor and Project Manager and assist in any necessary evaluations or investigations.
